Examine the coolant condition and level in the plasma cutting system. Replace
contaminated coolant. Add coolant if the level is low.

Remove the cap from the
reservoir
inlet on top of the
plasma
power supply.

Examine the reservoir internally for coolant contamination.

If the coolant is below the base of the inlet, add coolant to the reservoir until the coolant
is at the base of the inlet.

WET FLOOR
If you put too much coolant in the reservoir, the coolant can spill onto the
floor. Coolant can cause floors to become slippery.
Be careful not to put too much coolant in the reservoir.
