Connect to the plasma power supply with EtherCAT

  1. Remove the rear panel of the plasma power supply.

    Refer to Remove external panels from the system components.

  2. Connect the EtherCAT® cables to the plasma power supply and to the Computer Numerical Control (CNC) as shown.
  3. Install the rear panel of the plasma power supply.
