Internal component faults (1-nn-n, 2-nn-n, 3-nn-n)

Fault codes in the 1-nn-n, 2-nn-n, and 3-nn-n formats identify possible damage to components inside the plasma power supply.

Fault code	Fault LED	Torch LED	Description
1-00-0	ON	Red	A Digital Signal Processor (DSP) fault occurred. Refer to Troubleshooting for DSP and I/O faults (1-nn-n).
1-20-0			An Input/Output (I/O) fault occurred. Refer to Troubleshooting for DSP and I/O faults (1-nn-n).
2-00-0	ON	Red	An Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) value is out of range. Refer to Troubleshooting for an analog-to-digital converter fault (2-00-0).
2-10-0	ON	Red	An inverter module temperature sensor is open. Refer to Troubleshooting for inverter module temperature sensor faults (2-10-n).
2-10-1			An inverter module temperature sensor short-circuited. Refer to Troubleshooting for inverter module temperature sensor faults (2-10-n).
2-11-0	ON	Red	The pressure sensor is open. Refer to Troubleshooting for solenoid valve pressure sensor faults (2-11-n).
2-11-1			The pressure sensor short-circuited. Refer to Troubleshooting for solenoid valve pressure sensor faults (2-11-n).
3-00-0	ON	Red	The Direct Current (DC) bus voltage (VBUS) is out of range. Refer to Troubleshooting for VBUS faults (3-00-0).
3-10-0	ON	Red	The fan speed is less than the minimum speed. Refer to Troubleshooting for fan faults (3-10-n).
3-10-1			The fan is not operating correctly. Refer to Troubleshooting for fan faults (3-10-n).
3-11-0	ON	Red	A Power Factor Correction (PFC) module temperature sensor is open. Refer to Troubleshooting for PFC module temperature sensor faults (3-11-n).
3-11-1			A PFC module temperature sensor is short-circuited. Refer to Troubleshooting for PFC module temperature sensor faults (3-11-n).
3-11-2			No communication with the temperature sensor circuit. Refer to Troubleshooting for PFC module temperature sensor faults (3-11-n).
3-51-1	ON	Red	An inverter saturation fault occurred (the inverter is over current). Refer to Troubleshooting for inverter IGBT faults (3-51-1, 3-52-0).
3-52-0			An inverter shoot-through fault occurred. Refer to Troubleshooting for inverter IGBT faults (3-51-1, 3-52-0).
3-60-0	ON	Red	A power PCB fault occurred. Refer to Troubleshooting for a power PCB fault (3-60-0).
