Remove the snubber resistors

  1. Complete the following procedures:
    1. Set the power switch to OFF (O), disconnect the power cord from the power source, and disconnect the gas supply.
    2. Remove the plasma power supply cover and handle.
    3. Remove the component barrier.
    4. Remove the power PCB.
  2. Remove the mounting screws and washers from the snubber resistors.

    2 Snubber resistors
    3 M4 X 10 screws
  3. Remove the snubber resistors from the heatsink.
    The image shows the snubber resistor location on the plasma power supply.
