Troubleshooting for idle choppers with current
Diagnostic codes 623, 624, 625
Diagnostic codes 623 – 625 identify if current is present in a chopper when the chopper is in an idle state.

Corrective action
- Look for 24 VDC from the power sources (J2 pins 1 – 3).
- If you find 24 VDC from the power sources, the chopper is bad.
- Replace the chopper if necessary.
